Terms of Service

Version 2.2.0 · Effective October 22, 2026

Welcome to TCG AI Pro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TCG AI Pro mobile application and website at https://tcgai.pro (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Jose Camacho Sanchez, NIF 47665733G, Calle Teodoro Perianes 24, 10430 Cuacos de Yuste (Cáceres), Spain ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

TCG AI Pro is an AI-powered trading card pre-grading and analysis platform that allows users to:

  • Upload photographs of trading cards for automated AI analysis
  • Receive a TCGAI Score — our proprietary AI-generated estimate — with sub-scores for Centering, Corners, Edges and Surface
  • Receive a digital "TCGAI" certificate generated by us, which is an internal certificate and not an official certification by any third party
  • Manage a personal collection of analyzed cards
  • Participate in a community feed to share, comment on, and react to analyzed cards
  • Access market price estimates for similar cards

The TCGAI Score and the TCGAI certificate are issued solely by TCG AI Pro. They are not issued, certified, validated, endorsed or guaranteed by any third-party grading company.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Subscription Plans and Payments

3.1 Free and Paid Plans

TCG AI Pro offers a free tier with limited features and paid subscription plans (Scout, Expert and Master) with higher usage limits. The features and prices of each plan are shown on the pricing page and in the app.

3.2 Billing

You can buy a subscription in two ways:

  • On the website, by card. Payments are processed by Stripe on our behalf; we do not store your full card details.
  • In the Android app, through Google Play, under Google Play's Terms of Service and payment policies.

3.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before the renewal date. Website subscriptions are charged to the card on file; app subscriptions are charged through your Google Play account.

3.4 Cancellation

You can cancel at any time:

  • Website subscriptions: from your account (Account → Billing) or the subscription page linked from it.
  • App subscriptions: from your Google Play subscription settings.

Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining time in the current billing period
  • Your account will revert to the free tier after the billing period expires

3.5 Refunds

Website purchases: contact [email protected] within 14 days of a charge; we review requests case by case and as required by applicable consumer law. App purchases: refunds follow Google Play's refund policies; to request one, contact Google Play Support or visit your Google Play subscriptions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Upload images that are not trading cards or that contain inappropriate, offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content that you do not have the right to use
  • Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose, including (without limitation) representing the TCGAI Score, sub-scores, or our internal certificate as an official grade or certificate issued by any third-party grading company (PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, HGA, TAG, GMA, Beckett or any other), or otherwise implying that the result is anything other than an AI-generated estimate produced by TCG AI Pro
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems
  • Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Service without our written permission
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users through comments, messages, or community features
  • Post spam, advertisements, or solicitations in the community feed
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation

5. AI Grading Disclaimer — Read Carefully

IMPORTANT: TCG AI Pro produces an internal score we call the "TCGAI Score". The TCGAI Score is an AI-generated estimate based on the photographs you upload. It is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

5.1 What the TCGAI Score Is Not

  • Not an official grade. The TCGAI Score is not a grade issued by, equivalent to, or a substitute for any third-party grading company (including but not limited to PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, HGA, TAG, GMA or Beckett). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any of those companies.
  • Not a prediction of any third-party grade. We do not promise or guarantee that the TCGAI Score will match the grade your card may receive if you submit it to any third-party grading service.
  • Not a guarantee of card value. Market prices and price ranges shown alongside the TCGAI Score are approximations derived from publicly available data and must not be relied upon as financial advice, appraisal, valuation, authentication, certification, or insurance value.
  • Not authentication. The TCGAI Score does not verify that a card is genuine, original, undamaged in ways the AI cannot see, or untampered. Authenticity must be assessed by a qualified third-party authentication service.

5.2 Inherent Limits of AI Analysis

AI analysis depends on the photographs you provide and may not detect every defect a human professional grader would. Lighting, angle, image resolution, glare, holographic patterns and other factors can change the result. The same card photographed under different conditions may receive a different TCGAI Score.

5.3 You Use the Service at Your Own Risk

By using the Service you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You will not represent the TCGAI Score to any third party as an official, professional or third-party grade.
  • You will not rely on the TCGAI Score as the sole basis for buying, selling, trading, insuring or submitting a card to a grading company.
  • Any decision you take based on the TCGAI Score (including the decision to send a card to a third-party grading service or not) is taken solely by you, at your own risk and at your own cost.

5.4 No Liability for Grading Discrepancies

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we, TCG AI Pro and our employees, contractors and agents are not liable for:

  • Any difference, in any direction, between the TCGAI Score and the grade later issued by any third-party grading company.
  • Any cost, fee, loss of profit, lost sale, lost trade, refused submission, return shipping, devaluation or other financial or non-financial loss arising from such difference.
  • Any decision made by you, by a buyer, by a seller or by any other person on the basis of a TCGAI Score, market estimate, comparable sale, certificate page or any other content produced by the Service.

You expressly waive any claim against us based on a discrepancy between an AI-generated estimate and a grade issued by a third party.

5.5 Use of Trademarks

Names of third-party grading companies (including PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, HGA, TAG, GMA and Beckett) appear in this document and in our Service only to identify those services for the purpose of clarifying that we are not affiliated with them. All such names and marks are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in the Service should be read as a claim of affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship or partnership with any of those companies.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, code, AI models, grading algorithms, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the card images and content you upload. By uploading images to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display your images for the purpose of:

  • Providing the grading service and generating certificates
  • Displaying in your collection and, if your profile is public, in the community feed
  • Improving our AI models and service quality (using anonymized data)

You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload all content you submit and that such content does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

6.3 Trading Card Trademarks

All trading card game names, logos, and related trademarks (including but not limited to Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, etc.) are the property of their respective owners. TCG AI Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any trading card game publisher or professional grading company.

7. Community Guidelines

When using community features (feed, comments, reactions), you agree to:

  • Be respectful of other users
  • Not post offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
  • Not impersonate other users or entities
  • Report violations to us at [email protected]

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Extended periods of inactivity
  • Upon your request

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including, without limitation, intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitation of liability).

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • AI grading results will be accurate, complete, or consistent with professional grading
  • Any defects in the Service will be corrected
  • Market price estimates reflect actual market values

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE AND OUR EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our employees, contractors and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of any third party
  • Any content you upload to the Service

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you habitually reside.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by the competent courts. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence, and we may bring proceedings against you only there.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the app or on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
