History
Monkey D. Luffy is the protagonist of Eiichiro Oda's One Piece manga and anime series, captain of the Straw Hat Pirates, and one of the Four Emperors (Yonko) after defeating Kaido. Known as the man who will become the Pirate King, his rubber powers from eating the Gomu Gomu no Mi Devil Fruit, indomitable spirit, and Gear transformations make him iconic. OP09-119 depicts his 'emperor' form from the Wano arc, symbolizing his rise to legendary status.

Collector notes
Condition. Check for centering issues on foil surface, edge whitening common on SEC cards, surface scratches from play wear, print lines on Alternate Art variants; gem mint requires perfect corners and no holo bleeding
Storage. Use semi-rigid holders or top-loaders with sleeves, store in cool dark environment away from sunlight to prevent foil oxidation, avoid stacking with heavier cards
Authenticity. Verify holo pattern matches official SEC shimmer (iridescent purple-to-gold shift), check card stock thickness and font consistency, use Bandai hologram seal on English prints, cross-reference with TCGPlayer ID 597067 or official database; fakes often have dull foil or incorrect numbering
