Long term. Stable to slight decline as supply from opened chests enters market
Light Toxtricity is the Low Key Form of Toxtricity, a Lightning-type Stage 1 Pokémon introduced in Pokémon Sword and Shield. It depicts the Amped Form visually but represents the calmer, gentle variant (Japanese: Yasashii Strinder). The card's Pokédex entry is from Pokémon Sword, and it features the attack Beatdown Smash previously seen on Lucario V. Significant as part of Pokémon's 25th Anniversary Celebrations with a special Pikachu stamp.
First released October 8, 2021, in the Celebrations Prime Collection, with standalone Celebrations Collector Chest on October 22, 2021.
Condition. Check for centering issues, edge wear, surface scratches on holo pattern, print lines, and whitening on corners/edges common in promo holos from collector products.
Storage. Use semi-rigid or magnetic holders for standard size; top loaders with team bags for protection; store in cool, dry place away from sunlight to prevent holo fading.
Authenticity. Verify Black Star Promo stamp, SWSH137 numbering, and 25th Anniversary Pikachu stamp; check card stock thickness and holo pattern alignment; fakes often have blurry text or incorrect fonts; authenticate via graded/graded grading.
