Condition. Check for centering issues common in foil Quarter Century Secret Rares, rainbow foil scratches, edge whitening from handling, and print lines on the intricate dragon artwork; avoid surface scratches on the textured foil pattern.
Storage. Use semi-rigid top loaders with sleeves, store in cool dry environment away from sunlight to prevent foil oxidation, avoid stacking heavy decks on top to prevent edge dents.
Authenticity. Verify Quarter Century Secret Rare foil pattern with authentic RA02 samples (iridescent rainbow shift), check set code RA02-EN074 on back, inspect holo stamp alignment, use blacklight for UV security features on official Konami prints.
