Collector notes

Condition. Check for centering issues common in chrome stock, print defects on refractor shine, edge wear from handling, and surface scratches on pink layer; avoid cards with roller marks or print lines.

Storage. Store in semi-rigid top loaders or magnetic holders away from sunlight to preserve chrome finish and refractor color; use climate-controlled environment to prevent warping.

Authenticity. Verify 1st Bowman stamp alignment and font; genuine Bowmans have crisp chrome refraction without bubbling; check serial numbering if paralleled; graded/graded grading recommended for high-value copies.
