History
Yamato is a major character from Eiichiro Oda's One Piece manga and anime, introduced in the Wano Country arc. As the child of the Yonko Kaido, Yamato idolizes the samurai Kozuki Oden and consumed the Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Okuchi-no-Makami Devil Fruit, granting a mythical wolf transformation. Yamato's significance lies in rejecting Kaido's legacy, aspiring to be Oden, and allying with the Straw Hat Pirates against the Beast Pirates, making Yamato a fan-favorite for powerful abilities and compelling backstory.

Collector notes
Condition. Check centering on the vibrant alt-art illustration, edges for whitening or dings common in foils, surface for print lines or scratches on the holographic pattern, corners for fuzzing; avoid cards with 'ghosting' from pack fresher storage
Storage. Use penny sleeves and semi-rigid top loaders or Dragon Shields; store in cool, dry, UV-free environment away from direct light to prevent foil oxidation; avoid stacking without dividers
Authenticity. Verify holographic pattern matches official OP-01 SEC shimmer (iridescent green-to-purple shift); check card stock thickness (official ~0.3mm), font kerning on Japanese text, and OP-01 set code; compare to Card Rush or official scans; fakes often have blurry text or incorrect back printing
