Collector notes

Condition. Check for centering on Full Art holo pattern, edge whitening, surface scratches on promo stamp, and print defects like misaligned Pokémon Center logo; common flaws include corner dings from ETB packaging and holo scratches.

Storage. Use semi-rigid holders or top loaders with sleeves in cool, dry environment; avoid direct light to prevent holo fading; store flat in binders away from PVC sleeves.

Authenticity. Verify Black Star Promo stamp and MEP numbering; genuine cards have crisp holo foil and accurate artwork by Bun Toujo; fakes often have blurry stamps or incorrect energy costs; check UV for promo authenticity markers; cross-reference with official PTCG database.
