History
Boa Hancock is the iconic 'Pirate Empress' from Eiichiro Oda's One Piece manga and anime series. As the ruler of Amazon Lily and captain of the Kuja Pirates, she possesses the mythical Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit 'Mero Mero no Mi' (Love-Love Fruit), allowing her to petrify targets with her beauty and love-infused attacks. Her significance lies in her complex character arc—from initial antagonism as one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea to becoming a devoted ally of Monkey D. Luffy, driven by her love for him. Hancock represents themes of beauty, strength, vulnerability, and redemption, making her one of the most popular female characters in the franchise.

Collector notes
Condition. Inspect centering (especially top/bottom due to holo patterning), sharp corners prone to dings from shuffling, edge whitening on foil borders, surface scratches on alt art holo layer; graded 10 requires perfect Gem Mint centering 55/45 all sides
Storage. Use ultra-pro penny sleeves + Dragon Shield matte top loaders; store in cool, dry environment away from sunlight to prevent holo oxidation; avoid stacking without semi-rigid holders for high-value graded slabs
Authenticity. Check graded/graded pop reports (low graded 10 pop ~10-20); verify card stock thickness (genuine 3mm), font kerning on 'SUPER RARE' text, holo pattern alignment; scan QR code on pack-fresh cards; fakes often have blurry artwork or incorrect rarity symbols
