History

Dak Prescott is an NFL quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys. The card uses a game photo showing a cancer-awareness message on his wrist tape; reporting connects the message to his mother, Peggy, who died of colon cancer in 2013.

The photo first appeared on Prescott’s 2026 Topps flagship football card, released in late August 2026. The Holiday version was released October 23, 2026.

• 2026 Topps Holiday Football is Topps’ first seasonal Holiday football release.
• The Holiday card reuses the image from Prescott’s 2026 Topps flagship card with festive design elements.
• The checklist identifies this as base card #28; the wristband message drew attention after the Holiday release.
