Collector notes

Condition. Inspect hologram for scratches, creases, or separation from the card stock; check edges for chipping common on holographic inserts; examine corners for typical wear from handling; surface scratches on the 3-D effect significantly impact grading.

Storage. Store in semi-rigid holders or top-loaders with sleeves to protect hologram; avoid direct light exposure to prevent fading; maintain in low-humidity environment below 60% RH; use acid-free storage materials.

Authenticity. Verify Upper Deck hologram quality and color shifting; check card stock thickness and print registration; look for correct UV-reactive properties under blacklight; consult graded population reports (195 auction results tracked); professional grading recommended for high-value copies.
