Market outlook
Stable Outlook 5/10
Recent 30-day change -1.8% with sales around $15-20 raw; steady European demand (Cardmarket ~€20) offsets minor US dip.
Next months. Stable to slight decline; expect raw $15-22, graded 10 $100-150 in next 3-6 months
Long term. Stable collector value; potential modest appreciation if Ruinous Quartet gains renewed meta relevance, but unlikely to chase high-end modern secret rares

Collector notes
Condition. Check for centering issues on the intricate borderless artwork, surface scratches on the holographic foil, edge whitening from sleeves, and print lines on the dark icy background; common flaws include corner dings and print dots.
Storage. Use semi-rigid holders or top loaders with sleeves in a cool, dry environment away from sunlight to prevent foil peeling or oxidation; avoid stacking without dividers.
Authenticity. Verify holo pattern matches official shimmering effect with sharp text; check weight (fakes often lighter), UV blacklight for glowing security features, and compare to official scans on Pokémon TCG database; graded/graded grading recommended for high-value copies.
