Collector notes
Condition. Inspect centering on full-art borders, gold foil etching for scratches/chipping, holo pattern clarity, edge wear from pulls, surface scratches on printed artwork; common flaws include print lines, roller marks, minor whitening.
Storage. Use semi-rigid holder or top-loader with cardboard insert in cool, dry place away from sunlight; avoid penny sleeves alone on full-art cards to prevent Newton rings.
Authenticity. Verify gold Secret Rare holo pattern consistency, sharp foil stamping without bubbling, correct card stock thickness, UV blacklight test for reactive elements; check serial numbering alignment; fakes often have dull foil, off-color printing.
