Collector notes
Condition. Check centering on holo pattern, edges for whitening or dents, corners for fuzzing, surface for scratches or print lines; common flaws include holo scratching, centering issues, and edge wear from poor shuffling.
Storage. Use penny sleeves and top loaders for raw cards, acid-free storage boxes away from sunlight and humidity; for graded cards, keep in cool, dry environment.
Authenticity. Verify thick black 1st Edition stamp if applicable, correct Wizards of the Coast copyright with drop shadow; check holo pattern alignment and font; fakes often have blurry art or thin stamps; use graded/graded population reports for verification.
